FFL Transfer Instructions
If you have opted to make a gun purchase from any out of State gun dealer or online source, it is strongly advised that you take proper
legal possession of it. This transaction, known as an FFL Transfer, should be done through a reputable New Jersey Gun Shop or FFL Holder like PASSAIC COUNTY TARGET SPORTS.
YOU MUST HAVE A VALID NJ FIREARMS ID CARD AND DRIVERS LICENSE BEFORE STARTING THE TRANSFER PROCESS. HANDGUN PURCHASES REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL NJ HANDGUN PURCHASE PERMIT ASIDE FROM THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS. FAILURE TO HAVE THE PROPER DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF PICK UP, WILL RESULT IN YOU NOT TAKING POSSESION OF YOUR GUN UNTIL THE DOCUMENTS ARE PRODUCED.
Follow these easy steps to have your new gun transferred through our shop:
1. Make your purchase.
2. Provide the Seller with the following contact information:

3. Contact us via phone or e-mail to provide us with YOUR name, phone number and type of gun being transferred into our facility.
4. The Seller will contact us and arrangements will be made for shipment to our facility.
5. When the shipment arrives at our facility, it will be booked into our
system and you will be notified to pick up your gun.
FFL Transfers are welcome at the rate of $45.00 per firearm, plus an $15.00 NICS Fee. Taxes not included.
